I am chinese and in H1B status now, it is valid till Oct, 2007. I need go to Canada Division of My company for 2 weeks. I will apply for a Intra-Company Transferee work permit visa in baffalo Embassy. Any one here could tell me do I need go to US embassy in Canada to get a new H1B-visa? Some one says I don't need it if i stay in Canada for less than 30 days. By the way, how much do I need pay for Canadian Visa. Thanks alot.
