Just got RFE from TSC. But two questions make me a little confused.
1. Laser utilization is prevalent in many areas of modern life, including medicine, science, and technology. Why is the alien set apart from so many others who also perform laser research?
2. One testimonial states that the alien's work has shown potential. This CIS office receives a substantial number of petitions requesting a National Interest Waiver in which much potential is claimed. How is this individual unique from others in the same field of endeavor?
I feel that these two questions are the same,somehow. I should prove that I am superior to peers. But I have to response them differently, I think. Really confused what the officer is expecting.
By the way, my research is laser micro/nanomanufacturing technique.
