just receive 485 RFE from NSC
"You must submit a currently dated letter you’re your intended permanent employer, describing your present job duties and position in the organization, your proffered position (if different you’re your current one), the date you began employment and the offered salary or wage. This letter should be in the original and singed by an executive or officer of the organization who is authorized to make or confirm an offer of permanent employment. The letter must also indicate whether the terms and conditions of your employment-based visa petition (or labor certification) continue to exist."
It seems that i need show permanent empolyment letter to NSC. Currently, i am postdoc and 1-140 was approved based on NIW. I donot know why NSC asked me permanent employment letter.
My lawyer told me that NSC just checked i am legally working in the US. The permanent letter is not necessay.
This RFE is common for NIW application? and any value suggestion would be highly appreciated.
