Please help me with my situation.

I entered the US on F2 visa but changed to F-1 visa in 2003. I haven't applied any F1 visa so far. Can I come back to The U.S. from Canada with the USCIS approval notice, I-94 and my sevis I-20 with appling a new visa? Many thanks. I already have Canada visa and want to visit Canada.
