I-485 PD: 07/04, FD:03/05, LUD:06/06 but nothing changed about case status.
Called customer service center this morning and got no new information on my case. I was just asked if my case was tansferred to local center or if I received notice to interview. In fact, on the phone I aksed if he can tell any information. But he just told me that I will receive the mail about this inqury. Does this mean that my case is likely to forward to local center or anything else?
BTW, before talking with the representative, I called at 1-800-375-5283 using 1-2-6-1-SRC#-1 and got automatical answer "sorry due to the problem with the system, we cannot access your file". I also tried several SRC# and got the same message. Anyone can get the information on your case via phone today?
I should be very grateful if anyone can sharing the similar experience or give some suggestion.
