Background: Got Ph.D. from outside fo USA, I had been in the USA for 5 yrs before filing 140 and 485. Wanted to marry wife before filing the I140s and 485 and this was the reason for waiting for a long time. Got married and filed the I140 and 485 on the same day. Wife's 485 is pending.
I did most of the writing for 140s petition.
