My employer will not pay for my H-1B filing, so I have to do it by myself. Can
I use my personal check to pay all the H-1B applicaiton fees (including the $
1500 filing fee and $1000 express processing fee)?

Also, can I use my employer's information (EIN, full name...) to apply for LCA
online by myself?
