my NIW PD is Feb 04 and aproved in Dec 04. EB1a and EB1b PD Mar 04 and all aproved in Dec 04. I485 (linked to NIW) was submitted on July 04 but still pending.I called TSC in June 06 and was told that Background check remains open in FBI. Is my case ver slow? Anybody has similar situation?
I think most delay of I485 are due to Background check in FBI. Why do many people here feel that I485 cases in TSC are faster than in other centers?
