I had questions regarding transfer of visa from H1B to H4. I currently have H1B visa with a consulting company. I want to change my visa to H4. My company has not been able to find projects with clients for me since January 2006. As a result I dont have paystubs since then. Will that be a problem in getting my H4 visa? Another question, what does the removing proceedings mean? (on I-539 form, there is such a question, I don’t know how to answer) Thank you very much for your answer.
