Comments: Most important factor is high quality recommendation letters. Try to find independent recommendators as much as you can. High quality publications are also important in high-ranked journals. The quantity of the publication is not that important, but the more important factor is the citation records, the more the better. You should list all the citation papers and their author's weught! If you have papents, they will help you greatly!
