AP renew or new AP application? youdianfan2006-07-20 17:54:26

My hu*****and's AP will be expired in this October. He went back to Chine last week.
May I apply a new AP for him now since he won't be back until November? Are there any difference between AP renew and new AP application? Thanks alot.
