current H1-B at university A until 2007. apply another H1-B by university B starting from 1st August 2006 because of changing job. my question:

1. can I start working at B from 1st August yet terminate job in A until September? there will be one month overlapping.

2. is there anything bad to my I-485 pending or approval?
