I am preparing my 485 filing. One document is an employment verification letter from my employer. My lawer told me that this letter can be very simple, just say" I am working in my current company with my current salary of XXXXX. But from another BBS, I saw that this letter should clarify that the proposal offer on my LC is still available. My question is if I should do so and which salary should I show on this letter, current salary or proposal salary on LC? Because my current salary is less than the LC salary.

Another question is that after my LC and I-140 was approved, my company merge with another company, both of companies are small companies, so there are no news and announcement in public. My lawer told me that I should produce another letter from my employer to proof this merger. Is that enough?

Thanks for your help!

I-485的雇主信可以不用提salary,移民局如果认为必要会发出
