My RIR filed 11/04 (06/06 send back 45 day letter), and PERM filed 08/05. PERM were audited 2 weeks late (DOL wants to see original wage prevailing paper (lawyer send to them within a week), but till now the perm case is still pending, my lawyer tried many times, no any response from dol yet till now.
Questions: If my perm is approved luckly, the RIR case will be cancelled or not?
