just got rfe for i-485 from nsc, they asked me ted the proof of my continuous employment authorization and nonimmigrant status in the u.s. such evidence may include copies of:
1, employment authorization documents (forms i-688 or i-766) granted to you by this service.
2, form i-797 approval notices, showing you was granted status in an employment-authorized nonimmigrant classification.
3, copies of form i-94 arrival/departure records showing you were admitted to the u.s. in an employment-authorized nonimmigrant status.
somebody told me that since i came to the us as an h1-b visa holder, i should not have the employment authorization documents (forms i-688 or i-766), form i-797s should be the document showing my continuous employment authorization and nonimmigrant status in the us, is it correct? could i only send the i-797s and i-94s to nsc? thanks.
