I just got my H-1B approval, while I need to go back China to have a H-1B visa stamp this summer before I start working in Oct 1. My hu*****and is considering going back together with me. He is currently F1, 3rd year in PhD program.
My question is: I am concerned that my hu*****and's visa application might be denied, because we got married here and his spouse, I, will change my visa from F1 to H1b. All these issues seem to imply immigration intentions. So I am not sure if he should go back China with me and desperately seeking advices regarding to this matter.
