小白兔及其它大侠，我这儿有一个问题向各位求教。H4使用EAD后身份变成AOS,那么在美停留期限完全取决于绿卡的批准，倘若绿卡没有批准，H4持有人立刻丧失合法身份且必须离开美国，这之间有多长的grace period？一般安排回国机票还需要一些时间。另外，这个grace period 会不会影响日后回国再次签H4来美.万分感谢你的帮助！

这种没有grace period,如果I-485被拒绝，除非你认为是移民局
