than one 140 cases? my I485 based on NIW is pending,I really want to go to EB1 now. afraid: 1) In the I140 form, if I put the previous NIW based I-485 A#, will USCIS switch my old I485 to EB1 even if EB1 has not been approved yet. 2) How hard it is to transfer the NIW 485 to EB1 after my Eb1 is approved, I mean how long?
