I will marry with my gf, a US citizen, in CA. After we get the marriage license, I will apply I485, I130 and I-765 at the same time. I would like to know how long I need to wait for my work permit. One or two months??? I can get the EAD first if I-485 is pending. Also, if I can EAD, all the jobs in USA I can apply. I mean there is a difference between me and the PR and citizen to apply the job.
