yesterday i got a letter from ins:
the record indicates that you and the principle applicant, your hu*****and, are not residing together. please explain. are you legally separated? if not, please evidence of bona fide marital relationship.
i did use different address from my hu*****and before filing of i485. however, we live together since then. what type of evidence should i provide? please help me and thanks a lot!
