I sent out I-140 and I485 last September. My wife filed I-485 together with me. We did not file EAD and AP at that time. My I-140 was approved this year. My wife got her F1 OPT in April this year.
Then in May we filed EAD and AP. My EAD and AP were approved. I noticed my wife's EAD and AP applications get same LUD as mine but her applications only show pending status. My EAD was approved 2 weeks ago and her EAD still shows pending status. Same situation for her AP. Can anyone tell us why and what we can do? we need AP to go back China next month. Thanks.
