my friend just got and I-485 interview notice from USCIS. my first question in here is we dont understand why the notice said "this is for initial interview" how many interview they always do? if everything goes well during the interview, does she still have another interview and how long it will takes to get green card? by the way, she is going to move to new home on next week. in addition to use AR-11 to report address change, can she let interview officer update the home address in the system, so she can get green card promptly?
