I have a question when I filling I-864 form on part 3. I am filing I-864 separately for my parents, as a result, i am getting abit confused on part 3.
here is the scenario, I put my dad as principal immigrant on part 2, when I goes to part 3, which one should I check?
1) I am sponsoring the principal immingrant name in part 2. yes or no(applicable only in cases with two joint sponsors)
2) I am spoinsoring the following family members immigrating at the same time or within 6 months of the principal immigrant name in part 2. do not include any relative listed on a separate visa petition.
I am filing 2 I-130, 2 I-485 and I believe I have to file two I-864 for my parents are same time.
Am I right?
any help would be appreciate.
