PD for 485 lookingforanswer2006-07-27 19:30:36

My PD is 1/2003 and LC (EB2 regular) is still pending. My hu*****and has got his LC(EB2 PERM) with PD 9/2005 and his 140 is pending. Can my hu*****and use my PD to file 485 once my LC is approved?
