My LC through EB2 is still pending (PD July, 04) at Phily's BEC.
My wife LC through PERM just got approved ( PD July 06) and she only can apply for 140 right now because 485 pd DATE is not current.
Based on this, for the future consideration, what is the best way for future 485 application. It means one will be spouse of 485 application. It depends who will get 485 first and and another application as benficiatiery. Or we both apply seperately?
Please help and advise.
