1. i140表中part 4, 第四个问题"if the person's native alphabet is other than Roman letters, write the person's foreign name and address in the native alphabet",应该填汉字的名字和地址，还是填拼音，或者是填 N/A?
2.i485中prat 3 问题2“Have you received public assistance in the United States from any source, including the United States government or anystate, county, city or municipality (other than emergency medical treatment), or are you likely to receive public assistance in the future ",象我原来由于工资少，一个人工作，生小孩申请过medicaid 和food program并被批准和使用过，这个我要选yes并写上去吗？
3. i131 part 1中问题3“class of admission", 该如何填？
4. i140中prat 3中"if in the U.S.,current nonimmigrant status",我应该填我现在的非移民身份H1B,但是在 i765表中问题15“curren immigration status (vistor, student,etc.), 由于我现在是非移民身份H1B，所以我应该填 N/A,还是填 H1B,而我lz填 H4?
