I request your help with my job offer and my hu*****and's I485 status.

Last week, I had a job offer from a Michigan company. However, I am hesitating in my final decision although I really want to go there. The reason is my whole family's GreenCard application was supported by my current company via EB1 category. I got my greencard as primary beneficiary two year ago, however, my hu*****and's I485 (section: derivative) is still pending now.

My concern is if I accept that job offer and if my company immediately stop its support to my hu*****and's I485 adjustment, then, in the worst case, does that mean that my hu*****and will immediately lose his I485 status and will be forced to go back to china since he is now woking on his EAD card?

I actually discussed the question with several people, but I got different answers, which confused me. On the other hand, you are a trustable and helpful person with good knowledge in immigration stuffs, which can be justified by many of your posts. Can you give me a hand in this matter.
