I am a US citizen. I filed I-130 for my brother in 2001.
According to the immigration service, they are processing the case with receipt notice date of Sept.30, 2000. Is that mean my brother can come to US very soon? Please let me know the procedure for a citizen filing I-130 for brother or sister. Thanks a lot.
