Can I canada PR application without the usa police certificate.(I am still waiting it and do not know when it will come out) Is there a possiblity to get application return by buffalo consulate because of incomplete document.
I am afraid my application gets return because of that police certificate, but the consulate take me applicaton fee as a non-refundable policy.
by the way, how can I contact that FBI's cjis dept. do they have customer services number to talk or what. I mean that is very frustrating.
