My employer ted my resume when applying H1B for me. Now the company is going to apply LC/GC for me. However, I want to remove one of my work experiences for my resume since
1. It is very informal (like a personal contract, maybe I should not put it as work experience in the past).
2. I can not get contact from the guy who paid me.
I am afraid audting this experience will cause some problems or big delays for future 485 name check. So it is better for me not to mention it. I have master degree so both my H1B application and GC are not based on my work experience.
The question is:
1. Is it likely that INS notices the difference between H1B form and 485 form?
2. Is it wise to remove that work experience?
