Question for xiaobaitu, mytwocents and radiolog about H1 Reentry Cyan2006-08-11 23:15:08

I am under H1B visa, waiting for LC which filed in 2003. Also,I have filed I130 and 485 based on marriage couple weeks ago. But I didn't apply for AP. Now, I need to go back to China for a business trip. Can i still get a valid visa from US consulate in China and use my H1B to get back to US after I filed 485?
