To extend my H4.How to answer I-539 Part4 Additional Infrmation -- Yes or No?
a. Are you, or any other person included on the application, an applicant for an immigrant visa?
b.Has an immigrant petition ever been filed for you or for any other person included in this application?
c. I-485 files -- yes.
In addition, I prepare the form and she just sign it. Do I need to fill in "Part 6. Signature of person preparing form, if other than above. (Sign below." or not?
