I was graduated last Novermber and working in a company now. My H1b will be effective this October, and I'm thinking to ask my company to apply for GC for me after my H1b effective. The lawer of my company suggestted me to apply for Eb2, she feels I'm not qualified for NIW (3 papers with 2 in first authors, one final review, 1 patent, another two paper in first authers ted). Anyone can give me some ideas if my case is good enough to apply as NIW? or is it easy for industry people to get NIW approved? Can I apply for EB2 and NIw at the same time?
