My girlfriend got mltiple entry B1 visa for her business trip, now she finished the trip and got back to china.
we plan to get married at the end of this year.I am holding H1 visa and got 140 approved (though can't file 485 due to regression).
My question is do I have to go back to china to get married and she applied H4, or she can use her B1(still valid for next year) to come to US to marry me, I expect by that time, we can apply 485 together. My concern is if she use B1 for her second trip and it's not for business, it may get trouble for later 485 application. Would u help me with sugestions?thanks a lot
