My mom got her AP last month. It’s a one time trip with 6-8 weeks. Can she stay in China longer than that?
Another question is that if she gives up her green card application now(she applied through family member and still waiting), is it bad for her future application for B-1 visa? How long should she wait before she can apply again in China?
