I have a question needed people here to help.
I have 2 different master degrees in USA and have been working for company A for 2 years with my first degree. Then recently, company A was splitted into two companies and I am assigned to company B. So, the lawyer of company B has filed an amendant for my H1-b. We have gotten the receipts, but it has not approved yet.
Now, I want to work for company C with my second degree, which is totally different with the first one. Do you guys have idea that I can do the H1-b transfer or not to company C? My current H1-b is of quota cap.Your inputs are greatly appreciated.
