Dear Folks,
I just received RFE from NSC for 485,
it wants documents to confirm I "continue to be engaged
in the occupation that is the basis of NIW..."
My 140 (NIW) was approved while I was doing Post-Doc at school,
right now I am doing R&D at a company, but the areas are totally matching. So is Employment Letter good enough?
What other documents might be helpful?
Has anyone's 485 got trouble because moving to company from school, when the NIW-based 140 was approved at school?
(my 140 lawyer cautions me that CIS might consider working
for a company only benefit the company's interest, instead of National Interest, thus deny 485 (even when the areas are matching), is that true?)
