我申请的是 eb1a. 正在等待i140的批准 (已经递交了3个月). 现在要换地方可以吗?律师突然说要等待140批准还有485pending180天才能走人.因为他以前从未提过,所以工作已经找好了.急!!请大虾门不吝赐教.谢!
