我兄弟两人，都在美国。一为公民，一在 green card pending. If my parents do not claim that, when applying for B2 visa in China, they have a American citizen son in the USA, only claiming that they have a son here on H-1B visa. When they come here, can the citizen son sponsor GC for them? Will there be any problem?
Parents have been here many times before, never stay overtime.
