I applied for H1B renewal before the deadline, but got denied because of the petty stuff (signature). However when I get the denail, I have passed my deadline already.
So can I still work for my company and get salary?
Also, will it affect any of my greencard application?
And most importantly, could any one please help me what should I do?
I have started the re-file process but not sure if it could be passed or not.
