My hu*****and with H1 visa working as PostDoc got offer from another University (still PostDoc position), which need transfer his H1 visa to there.
My question is we applied for H1, H4 visa together at first time, but this time they said after my hu*****and's H1 visa has been approved, then they will apply for my H4.
Do you think any problem with this? I'm just little afraid of negtive effect for our future.
