i'm going to help someone out at a local school and the school agrees to pay me for that. But it's not a whole of of work and i don't have time to get a second H1B at all (By the time i get it, this temp job should be done). Is it legal for the school to hire me through my current employer? Not even sure what the school say about this. Any advice will be highly appreciated! Thanks a million!
