no 45 day letter and no close letter received. The priority date of my case is November 2004, in Phaladelphia backlog center, EB2, special handling. Any body has the simular situation? My lawer emailed to ask on July 21, but no response yet. She sent out 5 emails for five cases, only get a response for one case (which was reopened). Do you know what might happen to my case?
