1. Fee: is personal check is acceptable by immigration office?
2. For I-140 part 1, and part 3, ADDRESS, should I write home address for both of them? or working address?
3. I-140 part 1, last line "IRS Tax#", what does that mean, my application is not employment based, is it necessary, should I write "N/A" or "none", I just came here one year, I did not pay federal tax.
4.In addition, my friend told me I should provide certification of birth with I-140, but from your kit, you did not mention this, when should I submit certification of birth?
