Today I got an email notice saying that my case need additional information (RFE). FYI, my 485 was concurrent filed on Sept 23, 2005 and I-140 approved in March, 2006. My 485 has two LUD 7/08 and 8/16 with no information change. It seems VSC are processing the cases ted from last Sept and the LUD means some part of the processing is done.
