I just received a copy of favorable recommendation from DOS fro J waiver. Because this is not the final decision from SCIS, I am wondering if that is true said by a gentleman that international office would not renew your J visa because of that letter? Also, if, just if IO does renew it, does that mean I have to apply for waiver again from the begining?
