I am a new comer here and I have a question to consult you'll. My background is: EB2-LC, PD Oct 2005, 140AD May 2006. My hu*****and has H4 and cann't work due to EB2 PAIQI.
I am not sure whether I should apply for EB1. Following is my situation:
12 publications (9 in English--6 first author whit 31 citations and 3 second author with 6 citations).
Have reviewed around 10-15 manus.
Have an award (..Foundation travel follow) at an annual meeting.
Do you think I should try to apply for EB1myself so my hu*****and can get his EAD or just wait? I don't want to hire another lawyer. My lawyer charged me $5000 for EB2-LC already.
Could someone please give me some suggestions? Thanks a lot!!
