485表的第3页回答YES或NO问题的第二个问题关于是否收到Public
Assistance，不知道定义和界定的标准是什么，有没有什么地方可以查到？

我曾经申请过当地county government的住房计划（就是可以在一定的限制下，使中低收入家庭以低于市场价格购买和租赁房屋的计划，比如Section 8 Program）。只是申请了，还在waiting list上。不知道这个算不算，要不要填YES呢？
