请绿师办NIW，已交了一笔较大数目的４８５费用给绿师。现又要交一笔不小的＂４８５ RFE Response＂费用给TA。想知道这是否属乱收费？虽然无论是否都得交（都到现在了），但还是想知道。目前正感经济压力啊！大家请发言。。。谢谢！
