My hu*****and is I485 penging, PD current (Oct xx 2004).We were married earlier of this year, 2nd marriage.Next month i shall filing my I485 application.My questions is:
1: can i add my daughter's application with me at same time(she under 21 years old,in china )
2: can i filing her I485 application later before i get my 485 approved?
Which way is better way to do my daughter's application?

I-485 apply the applicants in USA only,so you can't

include her in your I-485,you may file an I-824 for
her after you get your green card,then she will take
interview for immigrant visa in Guangzhoo
but if my daughter will be over 21 years old after i got my green csrd,so can i still apply her application to immgrant to usa?
